Svatantra Micro Housing Finance Corporation Limited (“SMHFC”) was incorporated on May 16, 2008 with the objective to provide housing finance for lower income households (mostly in the informal sector) in urban India.

One of the issues stalling the development of low income housing is the lack of finance available to lower income households (especially those without documentation to prove incomes) to buy such homes. SMHFC was set up to specifically address this gap.

SMHFC Mobile App is a one stop shop for all the information related to loans, around your home, with SMHFC. SMHFC Mobile app is a quick, easy and convenient to use. The app offers a wide range of services for existing as well as new customers.

New Customers can apply for a loan through SMHFC App.

It enables existing customers to access all their loan account related information like accounts summary, payment details and can pay EMI directly through SMHFC App using UPI.
